This recipe allows you to make popsicles with fruit juice and a sweetener of your choice.

  • Tropical fruit juice
  • Sweetner—I love maple syrup since
  • Berries
    • Fresh blackberries
    • Fresh blueberries
    • Fresh raspberries
  • Fruit
    • Kiwis, peeled and thinly sliced
    • Grapes, halved
    • Pineapple, cut into small pieces 

Place a few berries in the bottom of each popsicle mold. Add a teaspoon of sweetener over the berries,then add fruit. I like to use 2 grapes, halved, and 1-2 slices of kiwi. Top with juice. Place the tops into the popsicle mold and freeze for at least 4 hours.

When they’re frozen all the way through, run the mold under steaming water for 15-30 seconds or until they release easily.
