This is the ultimate summer drink: light, refreshing, and effervescent. While I love the combination of orange, lemon, and strawberries, you could replace the orange juice with grapefruit and the strawberries with raspberries. If you want extra freshness, you can also add a few mint leaves. My sweetener of choice is maple syrup, but feel free to use agave or sugar instead. If you’d like to add alcohol to this, some vodka or rum works wonderfully.
- ½ cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- ⅓-½ cup maple syrup
- 8-9 strawberries, quartered
- 1 cup soda water
Combine the lemon juice, orange juice, maple syrup, and strawberries. Let sit in the fridge for at least an hour up to overnight. When you’re ready to serve, add the soda water and enjoy. If you don’t care for bubbly drinks, just add regular water.
